Not only this he is American Sports Medicine Certified Instructor and has added many other accolades to his trainer status including now a certified Physiotherapist!

My long term association with Synergy & Jithu has ensured that i have stayed fit all these years
His group fitness classes are real innovations that derives intense energy associated with lots of creativity wherein we never feel any repeations
He is a master in floor & step aerobics and the members flock the floor during those routines
Once in a week Bollywood dance sessions gels up the whole unit together since it's loaded with fun apart from being energetic
He is a well trained personal fitness trainer & am under his training for the past 4 years though there were couple of breaks due to official travel commitments.

How many days of workout should i start with?
Ans -Atleast 3 days a week then you can go upto 5 days.
How many kg can i loose per month?
Ans-Loosing of weights depends on different factors that includes exercise,nutrition and health condition.If you dont have any health condition and regular exercising with good nutrition ,then you can loose upto 2 kg to 2.5 kg per month.
Should i join gym as well?
Ans-Thats depends on your goal ,What you want to make changes in the body.
I want to get six pack.can i do regular abdomen exercise?
Ans-Six packs abs is possible.For that you have to be dedicated, disciplined.You have to work on every muscle
